Rhine Center for Contemporary Art (CRAC Alsace)

Located in Altkirch, near Switzerland (Basel) and Germany (Freiburg), the CRAC Alsace is a contemporary art center fully dedicated to research and creation. It supports artistic production by offering exhibitions, publications, and outreach activities.

Its goal is to foster encounters between the public, artists, and artworks, providing an accessible and enriching experience for all visitors.

Throughout the year, the center organizes guided tours of the exhibitions. Every Saturday and Sunday at 3 PM, mediators accompany visitors to provide insights into the displayed works. These tours deepen the understanding of the presented creations and encourage discussions about contemporary art.

Guided tours are also available on weekdays by appointment.
