The kitchen-living room is equipped with a microwave, a dining area for two, and a television. There is a bathroom with a washing machine and a separate toilet. Central heating and the tourist tax are included in the price. Beds are made upon arrival, and a baby bed can be provided on request.

A covered 20 m² terrace, accessible from the bedrooms, is furnished with garden furniture. Shared with other tenants, you can enjoy a green space, garden furniture, a swing, an electric barbecue, a ping-pong table, a courtyard, and a second terrace. A small apartment on the upper floor of the same building is rented year-round.
