This holiday rental is located on the upper floor of an old farmhouse building, situated in the owner's courtyard in the heart of a peaceful village near a river.

Access is possible via G 1101, another year-round rental occupying the same building.

The rental features two bedrooms: the first (BR1) has a double bed, while the second (BR2) offers two single beds. The kitchen-living room is equipped with a microwave, a converter for two people, a television, and a mobile phone. A bathroom with a washing machine and a toilet complete the amenities. Central heating and tourist tax are included in the price. Beds are made upon arrival, and a baby bed can be provided on request. A 20 m² covered terrace at the back of the bedrooms is furnished with garden furniture and an electric barbecue. Shared with other occupants, you can enjoy a green space, garden furniture, a terrace, a swing, a ping-pong table, a barbecue, a courtyard, and parking.
