This butcher shop offers fresh, local products for sale: meat, charcuterie, cheese, yogurts, fruits and vegetables, spices, soups, eggs, pasta, and noodles.

It especially highlights veal packages from Limousin and Blonde d'Aquitaine breeds, guaranteeing 100% local origin. Each package, about 15 kg, contains all cuts of the animal, including rib steak, sirloin, rump steak, ribeye, steaks, beef rib for pot-au-feu, roast, beef stew, and ground meat.

It is also possible, upon request, to buy offal separately such as kidneys, beef tongue, or heart. The butcher shop has two other sales points, one in Illkirch-Graffenstaden and another in Zellwiller.
