Founded in 1963 in Ensisheim, this family business is now run by Audrey and Christophe RUTHMANN, representing the third generation.

It continues an artisanal tradition by offering a wide range of products: pastries, viennoiseries, breads, chocolates, confectionery, as well as homemade ice cream.

The tea room allows you to enjoy meals at lunchtime or desserts on-site, either indoors or on the terrace. For special occasions such as weddings, communions, or birthdays, catering orders can be placed.
