This independent 150 m² holiday home blends harmoniously into a complex of buildings in the heart of Bergheim.

It is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two 90 cm beds, a bathroom equipped with a washing machine and a separate toilet, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a south-facing living-dining room.

Upstairs, two bedrooms each accommodate two people, accompanied by a separate toilet and a bathroom. A relaxation area with armchairs and a library completes this floor. The private outdoor area includes an inner courtyard with garden furniture and a reserved parking space.
