S.R.P.O. Animal Park

Nestled in the heart of a peaceful forest, this animal park invites families for a stroll. It is home to nearly 300 animals of all kinds: ducks, black swans, peacocks, geese, turkeys, roosters and hens, rabbits, turtles, exotic birds, as well as fallow deer and goats freely roaming this green setting. Highly appreciated by walkers and especially children, this haven of peace offers a natural immersion close to local and exotic wildlife.

A dedicated area allows visitors to leave dry bread to feed the animals, provided they bring some. Benches and a picnic table are installed nearby for a pleasant break. Be sure to bring mosquito repellent, as they are particularly active here.

Access is via the Piste des Forts, a forest road winding through the Wantzenau forest. This shaded and refreshing walk is ideal for escaping the summer heat.
