Sa Ki Bon Restaurant
Sa Ki Bon, which literally means "That's what's good" in Mauritian, is a restaurant café/lounge and fine grocery store that celebrates the flavors of the Indian Ocean islands.
The chef, of Mauritian origin and trained in Réunion, draws inspiration from his multicultural roots: Chinese from his father and Hindu from his mother. He also draws from his homeland, the island of Mauritius, where African, Asian, and Indian cultures blend, to offer a rich and varied cuisine.
Each dish is an invitation to travel, a gradual discovery of often little-known traditional recipes, offering a unique tasting experience. Here, no fries or nuggets, but authentic Mauritian dishes prepared with fresh, local products.
After the meal, the fine grocery store allows you to take home some of these flavors in the form of spices or typical products.
The café/lounge offers a relaxing space to enjoy hot or cold drinks, accompanied by desserts inspired by the same culinary tradition. At Sa Ki Bon, you are guaranteed a complete change of scenery without leaving Strasbourg.
