Sacha's Permaculture Farm

This farm practices permaculture and grows a variety of fruits such as red and yellow raspberries, currants, blackcurrants, and cherries. On the vegetable side, it offers peas, broad beans, lettuces, spinach, radishes, onions, and leeks, as well as seasonal vegetables and some heirloom varieties.

The products are processed into soups, jams, or apple juices, notably as part of an anti-waste approach to prevent food waste.

Items are available at various distribution points: the weekly markets of Feldbach and Hindlingen, the biweekly market of Lepuix-Neuf, as well as anti-waste baskets through the Too Good To Go app.
