Saint Alphonse Craft Brewery
Founded in 2000, the Saint Alphonse brewery takes its name from the patron saint of Vogelgrun, an Alsatian town located on the banks of the Rhine.
Its emblem, inspired by the town's coat of arms, proudly adorns the establishment.
During the tour, the master brewer reveals the secrets of beer making as well as its history through the centuries.
You follow each step, from selecting raw materials to bottling. The visit ends with a friendly tasting of three beers. These tours take place on Saturdays at 10 a.m. throughout the year.
Booking through the Tourist Office is mandatory to participate.
