Saint-Antoine Refuge - Ski Club Ranspach
Perched on the Route des Crêtes, just 300 meters east of the Markstein inn, the Saint-Antoine refuge nestles in the lush forest setting. This fully renovated chalet combines modernity and friendliness to offer a warm stopover for hikers and nature lovers. Open continuously during July and August, it also welcomes visitors on weekends and by request throughout the rest of the year, subject to availability.
Inside, the provided amenities make the stay easier: a fully equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare their meals, while options like packed lunches or drinks (with a license IV) are available on site. For comfort, the refuge has full sanitary facilities including a bathroom, shower room, and toilets, as well as TV and phone outlets. A fireplace invites relaxation, while a balcony and terrace offer peaceful moments immersed in nature. Accessible to people with reduced mobility, the chalet also offers a bike garage, storage room, parking, and a luggage transport service on request, especially useful in winter.
Around the refuge, activities abound: skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and aerial sports will delight outdoor enthusiasts. Several restaurants nearby complete the experience. Note that booking requires a deposit.
