Saint Erasmus Church
The church is dedicated to Saint Erasmus, a 4th-century bishop and martyr. Originally, it was rebuilt or restored in 1504, then consecrated along with the current nearby cemetery. In 1825, the building, which had become too small and dilapidated, was demolished to make way for a new church built higher up in the village. Damaged during the bombings of the First World War, it was rebuilt in 1924 in a neo-baroque style.
