Saint-Jacques Farm

This family farm is located in the Sundgau, a grassy region favorable to diversified agriculture.

It practices mixed farming, combining cereals and pastures, while raising cattle for milk and meat production. At the same time, it raises laying hens to provide fresh eggs.

The products are mainly sold through vending machines, accessible at any time. These machines offer frozen ground beef patties, milk, eggs, as well as other goods from neighboring local producers. Depending on the season, the vending machines also offer bread, brioche, strawberries, honey, and other regional specialties.
