Saint John Church
The Protestant St. John Church, built in 1763, owes its existence to the financial support of Jean de Dietrich. It stands on the site of a Gallo-Roman temple, later replaced by a Gothic church destroyed in the 18th century. Its rectangular plan includes a bell tower rising above the facade. Until 1886, it was used simultaneously by Protestants and Catholics. Inside, the stained glass windows depict reformers Luther and Melanchthon, apostles Paul and Peter, and the four evangelists, all oriented towards the figure of the risen Christ. The Geib organ, installed in 1807 with an elegant case, was restored in 1970 by organ builder Kern.
