Saint John the Baptist Church
Built in 1887, this church houses one of the most remarkable organs in Betschdorf: the opus 28 by the Roethinger manufacture.
Constructed during the Belle Époque, the instrument is installed in a richly ornamented neo-Gothic case.
This specimen is one of the few to showcase Roethinger's original craftsmanship before the Alsatian organ reform, preserving its original authenticity.
Inside, a Stations of the Cross made of salt-glazed sandstone by Victor Krumeich adds an artistic and spiritual dimension to this place of worship.
