Saint Michael's Chapel and the Ossuary

Perched against the medieval rampart, the Saint Michael's Chapel, built in 1463, is located between the Sainte-Croix church and the old cemetery.

It is renowned for its semi-buried ossuary, classified as a historic monument since 1967.

This site, once dedicated to services for the deceased, preserves bones from the former cemetery.

Despite its heritage interest, the ossuary room remains closed to the general public.
