Since 2003, SCEA de la Pochum has committed to organic farming.

It raises Charolais and Limousin beef cattle, complemented by a flock of Shropshire lambs. Its approach is based on systemic and environmentally respectful management: the land, climate, soils, and plots guide agricultural decisions, not the other way around. This philosophy aims to preserve natural balance while ensuring sustainable, high-quality production.
