For five generations, Ferme Schafbusch has upheld the spirit of excellence and rigor inherited from Jonas and Jean-Marc Hege, grandsons of the famous Jonas Hege.

True to the motto "A hen lays through its beak," the farm is committed to producing and processing healthy, traceable, and hygienically impeccable food.

Its products, certified Label Rouge and Organic Agriculture, are intended not only for its own laying pullet breeding but also for many other local and national producers.

Additionally, the farm opens its doors to the public for self-picking of fruits, depending on the season, directly on its site in Steinseltz.
