The Scharrenberger Farm embodies a family history rooted in the Alsace region. Specializing in iconic crops such as asparagus and horseradish, it passionately preserves local traditions.

Committed to sharing its expertise, the farm opened its own farm shop in 2015. Visitors can discover a wide range of fresh products: vegetables and fruits grown on site, artisanal dairy products and cheeses, as well as beef from its own livestock. The farm also offers other homegrown products, like potatoes, reflecting its commitment to local and sustainable agriculture.
