For several generations, the Ammerschwihr vineyard estate has cultivated its vines using traditional methods. The rows are grassed every other one, alternating with soil work, while the vines are nourished with compost and manure.

To balance respect for the land with efficiency, the professionals use modern equipment, combining tradition and progress. This approach has been recognized by the attainment of the High Environmental Value certification.
