School Estate

At the heart of the Rouffach wine high school lies a 14-hectare estate cultivated using organic farming.

This place, both educational and productive, plays a key role in passing on knowledge and techniques to students.

Seven Alsatian grape varieties are grown here, and you can taste wines such as Vendanges Tardives, the Grand Cru Vorbourg, and the AOC Côte de Rouffach. Combining tradition and excellence, this estate blends passion and quality to offer visitors a unique experience.
