Siebsenthal Farm

In the heart of Alsace, between Oberentzen and Heiteren, the Siebsenthal Farm represents a family adventure dedicated to organic farming. Samantha and Sébastien Mary continue a farming tradition by cultivating certified organic cereals and legumes: wheat, corn, oats, chickpeas, buckwheat, fava beans, and soy. These crops, enriched with melliferous plants like phacelia, preserve the soil and promote biodiversity. The estate also features an organic hazelnut nursery integrated into the poultry paths, along with beehives that complete this balanced ecosystem.

The organic chicken farming, with birds fed on cereals produced on-site, exemplifies this respectful approach. Farm products are available for direct sale: free-range chickens, organic hazelnuts in all forms (in shell, shelled, roasted, in pieces, gluten-free flour, or cold-pressed oil), as well as honey.

Committed to education, the owners offer educational visits for school groups through the Le Savoir Vert program. Children discover the crops, livestock, and daily life of an organic farm through fun activities and interactions with the animals.
