Skulptur Chocolate Shop
Nestled in the picturesque rue du Tir in Kaysersberg, this new haven of indulgence, named "Skulptur," is the result of a collaboration between Olivier Nasti and his pastry chef Jordan Gasco. This chocolate shop, designed as a curiosity workshop, invites you to explore homemade chocolate creations where each tasting reveals a special attention to flavors and local products.
In this chocolate laboratory, the artisans uphold the values of Chambard: listening to nature and adapting to its rhythm. The ranges evolve with the seasons, featuring ephemeral creations that surprise and delight the palate.
Trained by a Best Craftsman of France in chocolate making, Jordan Gasco applies his expertise to offer a varied and inventive selection.
Among the specialties offered are pure origin or embedded chocolate bars, caramelized almond or Gewurztraminer marc raisin dragees, as well as ganache and praline chocolates, with recipes changing according to the seasons. Enthusiasts can also enjoy fruit jellies, spreads, or derivatives such as Spritz biscuits or mendiants. A nod to Alsatian heritage is present with six versions of a "gourmet Kouglof" and two signature "Manala" chocolates, where vanilla marshmallow blends with caramel or hazelnut gianduja.
