Spirit of Alsace

Esprit d'Alsace celebrates the flavors of Alsace through a diverse selection of artisanal products, available in-store or by order. In its workshop in Ensisheim, the company produces fresh ravioli stuffed with munster cheese, foie gras, or Alsatian cured ham, as well as jarred ravioli for easier transport.

The range also includes terrines with blueberries, gewurztraminer marc, beer, or gingerbread, appetizer products such as casseroles of snails, trout, or fresh mushrooms, plain or gingerbread-flavored foie gras, and specialties like trout pies from Wingen or snail pies. In November 2025, Esprit d'Alsace was awarded the Gold Label Alsace Merchant, granted by the CCI Alsace Eurométropole, ADIRA, and the European Collectivity of Alsace, recognizing the quality of its welcome, customer relations, and commitment to a lively and authentic local trade.
