Steinbach Farm

In the heart of the Northern Vosges Regional Nature Park, in Obersteinbach, Steinbach Farm is dedicated to goat farming and artisanal cheese making. It offers a wide range of goat cheeses—fresh, aged, or marinated—as well as other dairy products. Visitors can explore the goat barn and watch the daily milking, which takes place at 6 PM every day from February to December. The farm also has a shop selling regional products from the Northern Vosges, such as honey, jams, walnut oil, mustard, wine, and brandies.
