Steinbach House

Built in 1788 by the manufacturer VETTER, this mansion is named after the Steinbach family, who owned it during the 19th century. Upon the death of Georges Steinbach in 1893, the building was donated to the city, and its adjoining park was turned into a public garden bearing the same name. Today, the mansion houses the Museum of Fine Arts, providing visitors with a historic setting while preserving the memory of this family and place.
