Stiehr-Mockers Organ
The organ of the Saint-Nicolas church, built in 1818 by Michel Stiehr and his son-in-law Xavery Mockers, is notable for its rear positive and its 23 stops.
It was altered in 1898 by Franz Kriesse, who added Romantic stops, and was restored between 1976 and 1977 by Paul Adam to return it to its original state. Its case, in a neoclassical style, is inspired by the traditional Silbermann organ cases.
This instrument was classified as a Historic Monument in 1973.
