Set in a 93 m² detached house, it offers an unobstructed view of the vineyards, the Alsace plain, and on clear days, the Black Forest. Surrounded by a garden and featuring a private terrace, it also provides parking in a gated courtyard. The basement is used by the owner for their wine-growing business.

The fully renovated house has a modern, fully equipped kitchen open to a dining room and living room. Television and Wi-Fi access are available. Three bedrooms accommodate up to six people: one double bed, two single beds, and two bunk beds. A bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilets complete the amenities.

Bed linen and towels can be rented on request, with a cleaning fee of €50.
