Stone Engraved by the Germans

This granite block, marked by an inscription hand-carved by a German soldier during the Great War, was reinstalled here during the village's reconstruction. A poignant symbol of this troubled period, it bears witness to the traces left by the conflict before the area regained its original appearance.
