This 38 m² studio, located on the ground floor of a gated property in Breitenbach (68), at 450 meters altitude, offers a peaceful setting at the foot of the Vosges and the Alsace Plain.

The owners, living upstairs, are attentive to the quality of your stay and provide helpful advice.

The accommodation, pet-free to ensure optimal hygiene, includes a fully equipped kitchenette, a living room with a flat-screen TV (TNT), a bedroom, and bed linen and towels are provided. Electric heating ensures constant comfort. The heated swimming pool (9x5x1.60 m), with sun loungers, is accessible from May 1st to October 15th. Without a car, hiking and cycling trails, including marked paths leading to the Fischboedelé and Schiessrothried lakes, are available. By car, you can reach the Schnepfenried ski resort in 15 minutes, La Bresse in 30 minutes, or explore the Alsace Wine Route with its picturesque villages such as Eguisheim, Kaysersberg, Riquewihr, and Ribeauvillé. Colmar, with its medieval center and pedestrian streets, is the nearest major city. The region also offers the Ungersheim Ecomuseum, Stork Parks, museums in Mulhouse, Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle, the Route des Crêtes with its exceptional panoramas. This cottage is ideally located to enjoy the Alsace Christmas markets.
