Synagogue
Built in 1846, this Alsatian synagogue was first expanded in 1876.
In 1895, it was equipped with a mechanical action organ made by Wetzel.
Since 1922, its interior has been adorned with remarkable frescoes created by the artist Achille Metzger.
Even more notably, it is the only synagogue in Alsace to have escaped the desecrations carried out by the Nazis during World War II.
Currently, the building is undergoing restoration to preserve its historical and artistic heritage.
