Synagogue
Erstein saw its first Jewish community settle in 1850.
The synagogue, built in 1882, became a symbol of this presence before being demolished in 1941 during the German occupation. Today, guided tours offered seasonally provide the opportunity to explore the history of this community and its traditions, while paying tribute to this lost heritage.
