Located in a green setting on the climb to Lac Blanc, this artisan chocolatier, pastry chef, and ice cream maker combines passion and expertise. They offer a wide range of individual pastries or cakes to share, as well as chocolates made on-site using exceptional Valrhona chocolates. The ice cream and sorbet flavors change regularly to surprise lovers of fresh treats. Products can be enjoyed on-site in a friendly tearoom or taken away to extend the pleasure. The quality of their chocolates was awarded a bronze bar in 2024 by the jury of the Chocolate Tasters Club. On weekends, the establishment offers breakfast on the terrace or to take away, in partnership with Fournil du K in Ammerschwihr. Pastries (almond croissants, chocolate croissants, plain croissants) and breads (baguettes, long breads, multigrain breads) are delivered for the occasion.
