The Angel's Courtyard - Chambre d'Antan

In the heart of Colmar, nestled in a green and peaceful setting, this family-run vineyard welcomes you. Two winemaking families offer guest rooms and furnished rentals right in the middle of their vineyard estate.

Originally, two or three generations lived together on this estate. The central courtyard served as a communal living space: it housed kitchens, gathering areas for meals and rest, as well as stables, barns, and a shed. The first floor, reserved for parents and grandparents, contained private lounges and bedrooms. The second floor, occupied by children and their families, consisted of several bedrooms and lounges. The third floor housed the workers' accommodations.

Today, this tradition of mixed living continues. Myriam, Cécile, and Caroline (Martin's partner) welcome you into their private apartments and offer guest rooms including overnight stays and homemade breakfast. The Chambre d’Antan, for example, is located in a half-timbered Alsatian house at the winemaker's home.
