The Angel's Courtyard - Fuchsia Room

In the heart of Colmar, nestled in a haven of greenery and tranquility, this vineyard welcomes you within a preserved setting. Two winemaking families have set up guest rooms and holiday rentals integrated into their vineyard estate, offering an authentic immersion into their daily life.

Originally, the estate housed two or three generations of the same family, sharing a traditional lifestyle. The central courtyard served as a communal living space: it included kitchens, gathering areas for meals and relaxation, as well as stables, barns, and sheds. The first floor, reserved for parents and grandparents, contained private lounges and bedrooms. The second floor, occupied by the children and their families, consisted of bedrooms and lounges. The third floor housed the workers' accommodations.

Today, this tradition of diversity and hospitality continues. Myriam, Cécile, and Caroline (Martin's partner) welcome you into their private apartments and offer guest rooms including overnight stays and homemade breakfast. The Fuchsia room, for example, is located in a half-timbered Alsatian house at the winemaker's home.
