The Lac Blanc Residence, a former hotel fully renovated, now offers new and comfortable apartments for travelers. Each unit has a private storage room in the basement for bikes and skis, equipped with a stair rail, as well as a bike washing station at the back of the building.

A private terrace is also arranged for each apartment, while a paved parking lot with numbered spaces is available. Residents can share a pétanque court and a large communal barbecue. Located at the start of many hikes, the residence is situated directly below the Lac Blanc 1200 Resort, providing privileged access to mountain landscapes.
