The Capucines Cocoon

The "Le Cocon des Capucines" holiday cottage is located in a typical 18th-century village house in Bergholtz, an Alsatian wine village at the foot of the Grand Ballon. This spot, halfway between Colmar and Mulhouse (20 minutes by car) and one hour from Strasbourg, combines the charm of old stone with modern comfort. Bergholtz, known for its pink sandstone quarry and the Quarry Trail, offers a setting between vineyard and forest, ideal for nature lovers and climbers. The building, renovated into two independent cottages, features outdoor spaces blending stone and wood, giving the property an authentic and warm character. Le Cocon des Capucines, covering 40 m², is on the ground floor and accommodates two people. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa, a 160 x 200 cm bed, bathroom, toilet, and dressing room. A shared laundry room is available with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing equipment. Cleaning can be arranged by the owner for an extra €40. The accommodation is equipped with a TV and free internet connection. Bed linen and towels are available on request for an additional charge. Smokers and pets are accepted under conditions (please inquire). Immediately nearby, a bakery is less than 20 meters away, while a convenience store, supermarket, aquatic center (Nautilia), and cinema are reachable within a few minutes by car. The cottage is also close to main roads, with free parking available opposite. Prices vary by season (low, mid, high) and tourist taxes are added to the price.
