The Cradle of Bees

Founded in 2023 by Gilles Clamme, The Cradle of Bees is a beekeeping farm located in Ensisheim, between Colmar and Mulhouse.

Gilles Clamme focuses on a local bee, perfectly adapted to the region's climate and flora, to produce high-quality hive products. The honey, harvested within 30 kilometers of the farm, is central to his offering, accompanied by gingerbread and nougats to delight lovers of authentic flavors. The farm also stands out by selling bee swarms, either wintered or seasonal, as well as providing pollination services and hive installation in businesses. Its commitment is part of an effort to preserve bees and actively contribute to environmental pollination, while strengthening the bond between humans and nature.
