The Domaine des Bufflonnes

The Domaine des Bufflonnes farm is located in Uhrwiller, in Northern Alsace, on the edge of the Northern Vosges Regional Nature Park.

It is home to a herd of over 50 buffaloes, raised on a modern farm and fed from the estate's pastures. As the only mozzarella producer in Alsace, the farm processes the milk from its buffaloes on-site in its laboratory.

It offers a range of artisanal and original products: mozzarella, various cheeses, dairy products, as well as seasonal items like ice cream.

To discover its expertise, guided tours are organized for individuals in summer, while group visits are available throughout the year.
