The Former Dominican Convent
Founded in the medieval era, this convent played a significant role in local history until it was abandoned by the monks in 1547 during the Reformation.
After that period, the buildings found a new purpose: first converted into a hospital, then housing stables before becoming a barracks. Today, these historic walls are home to the Relais Culturel of Wissembourg, a place dedicated to culture and exchange.
