The Four Seasons
This family home, built in 1968, is nestled in a peaceful mountain hamlet called Frenz, which has only 35 inhabitants. Connected to the commune of Kruth, this place has welcomed guests for two generations who enjoy sharing its warm atmosphere. Surrounded by preserved nature, at the crossroads of Alsatian landscapes and the Vosges ridges, the house draws inspiration from these generous terroirs to create authentic and flavorful cuisine. Each season is celebrated with carefully selected local products.
Christelle, a self-taught chef and daughter of the house, blends creativity and tradition by offering dishes inspired by seasonal products while continuing the family recipes passed down by her father. The art of hospitality is further enriched by a selection of wines and whiskies. Frédéric, a passionate sommelier and son-in-law of the house, has designed an original and evolving wine list featuring about 140 references. He favors little-known small producers whose wines highlight their terroir. An additional curiosity: a whisky list with more than 50 references to complete the experience.
