The Goats of Bellefontaine

This dairy farm, located between Wisches and Lutzelhouse, was established in mid-2016. Since then, it has been home to goats in an environment suited to their well-being.

The first kids were born in January 2017, marking the start of quality milk production. A dedicated laboratory was set up to transform the milk into cheeses, offering both fresh and aged varieties. At the same time, a range of artisanal soaps made from goat's milk was developed.

The products are mainly sold at the Montagne et Terroirs store, although occasional on-site sales may occur.
