The Golden Potato

In 2009, contemporary artist Tobias Rehberger created an original work in the form of a 185 square meter potato field.

According to a legend he himself created around this installation, this field hides a golden potato.

The tubers grown were real, and initially, the harvests were systematically collected.

The first crops were donated to Restos du Cœur, a French charitable organization.
