The Gourmet Barn

This organic farm raises cattle, pigs, and poultry fed on 80 hectares of dedicated crops. It offers a wide range of products and services related to its productions, as well as items from small local producers such as bread, wine, dairy products, and craft beers.

All products are made on-site. Farm visits can be arranged by appointment. The main shop is open on Fridays from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and 3 PM to 6 PM. A second shop is located in Bartenheim, and products are also available at L’Échappée Gourmande, a local store in Hirsingue.
