The Gourmet Bees

Michel Christmann grew up in a forest house located in the heart of the Northern Vosges Regional Nature Park, an area recognized for its exceptional biodiversity. This early passion for nature naturally led him to start beekeeping in 2013.

His operation, based in Wimmenau, is part of a biosphere reserve classified by UNESCO since 1989. He manages about 250 bee colonies there, respecting this preserved ecosystem.
