The surrounding 65-acre park, fully fenced and secure, is ideal for relaxation, children's play, or outdoor meals around a barbecue provided on site.

Each apartment is designed to combine modern comfort with warmth, featuring tasteful decor. The spacious and bright living area includes a fully equipped kitchen: oven, hood, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, espresso coffee maker, microwave, and complete tableware. A sofa bed accommodates an extra guest, while a TV with access to numerous digital channels and radio stations completes the space. The main bedroom, with a large wardrobe and ironing board, welcomes you with bed linens provided for the entire stay. The bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower, offers towels and a hairdryer.
