Inside, the living space is both spacious and cozy, featuring a large central room combining dining and living areas, enhanced by a faience stove for cozy evenings. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped, with ample space to prepare your meals in peace. A laundry room, separate toilets, and an additional shower complete this floor, designed to combine comfort and practicality.

Upstairs, two bedrooms accommodate up to five people: a master bedroom with a 160×200 cm double bed, and a second bedroom with two 90×190 cm beds and one 90×200 cm bed. A second bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet is also available. A cozy reading area connecting the rooms invites relaxation and reading.
