The Iron Mines of Bourbach-le-Bas

Dive into the world of 19th-century miners with guided tours held during the summer season. These routes take you through two galleries, including the large mine, 400 meters long, to relive the iron ore mining by a mainly Swiss colony. This activity, started at the end of the 17th century, continued until the end of the 19th century, supplying the blast furnace in the Masevaux valley.
