Pierre Hadrien offers a range of artisanal products made from local fruits and plants.

Among his specialties is the organic hay syrup: an infusion of carefully crafted hay syrup, to be diluted in white wine or sparkling wine to prepare a refined kir.

He also highlights the blueberry from the Munster valley, transformed into jam or other delicious preparations, perfect for accompanying fresh bread at breakfast.
