The Lovely Gîte

Le Chouette Gîte welcomes you to a house fully renovated in 2020, perfect for family or friends' stays. This 120 m² home, surrounded by a garden accessible from the kitchen and dining room via a large balcony, features a garden table and chairs, sun loungers, and a parasol for peaceful outdoor enjoyment.

Upon arrival, you enter a spacious hallway leading to several rooms. The living room, furnished with a sofa, armchair, and TV, connects to the dining room, where a library and games are available. The new kitchen includes an oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Tassimo machine, microwave, and filter coffee maker, plus a dining nook. The bathroom has a walk-in shower (1.60 x 0.90 m), double sink, and washing machine, complemented by a separate toilet.

A staircase leads upstairs to three bedrooms. The first has a 1.40 x 1.90 m bed, the second a 1.60 x 2.00 m bed, and the third a 0.90 x 1.90 m bed. Each room is furnished with bedside tables, wardrobes (hanging space and shelves), and a mirror. A second toilet with a hand basin completes this floor.

For families, the gîte provides baby essentials free of charge: crib, bathtub, changing table, high chair, stroller/pram, and safety gates. Children's games are also available. Bicycles (without helmets) are offered to ease travel. The house has full WIFI coverage, and parking spaces are available on the property. Rentals require a minimum stay of 3 nights depending on the season, and parties are not allowed to respect the neighbors.
